Southern Cottage
Situated amidst the rolling hills of Exmoor is Southern
Cottage. It has three bedrooms ( one double bed, one twin room and another with
bunks in.) There is a large kitchen-diner with all mod-cons. In the kitchen is a
rayburn cooker which supplies the hot water (also there is an immersion heater).
A large lounge, bathroom and enclosed porch complete the cottage.
There are night storage heaters for the cooler weather and an electric fire in
the lounge also.
Outside is a large enclosed garden, perfect for dogs and safe
for children. One of the biggest attractions of the cottage is its position. A
gate in the garden leads directly onto the moors and from that point you
can walk for miles on footpaths leading to all parts of Exmoor. A few miles from
the cottage is the sea and the beautiful twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth.
To see Exmoor in Devon in its natural state, unspoilt and
peaceful come and stay at Southern Cottage.
